Residue

Very faint smell of Eucalyptus Mint. Can see marks all over my tile floors after using it. ( my dogs paw marks). I don’t have this when I use unscented water. Will not buy again.

I emailed and said that my box that the steamer came in was all wet and that this item was open and the bottle empty. I was told I would get another one but no one replied back to me about it. I am not a happy camper right now since I cannot use my steamer
