At Steam & Go, we work hard to process and ship your order quickly so you can start enjoying a cleaner home as soon as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Our shipping rates are calculated as follows:

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, although delivery times may vary based on location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Carrier Delays

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and not guarantees.

Steam & Go is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Natural disasters or events outside our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Steam & Go cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your delivery location

  2. Asking neighbors or building management

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly

If you still need assistance, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box

This helps us quickly process a replacement or file a claim with the carrier.
