At Steam & Go, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our steam appliances are designed to deliver reliable performance when used and maintained according to the instructions.

This warranty outlines the coverage and conditions for Steam & Go products.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

Steam & Go steam appliances are covered by a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a defect arises during normal use within the warranty period, Steam & Go will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model

  • Issue a replacement unit

Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty eligibility.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical component failure under normal use

  • Internal system malfunction not caused by misuse

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Use of tap water or mineral-heavy water

  • Scale buildup or mineral deposits

  • Improper maintenance or cleaning

  • Use of non-approved cleaning solutions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Using demineralized or distilled water is strongly recommended to prevent mineral buildup and maintain optimal performance.

Maintenance Requirement

Steam appliances require proper maintenance to function correctly.

Customers should:

  • Use demineralized or distilled water

  • Follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions in the user manual

  • Avoid using unapproved cleaning chemicals inside the water tank

Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

Warranty Replacement

If a warranty claim is approved:

  • The defective unit may need to be returned for inspection

Steam & Go reserves the right to request return of the original product before issuing a replacement.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Steam & Go is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
