At Steam & Go, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition it was received

Include all accessories, parts, and manuals
Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Replacement pads or accessories that have been used

Used Products
Steam appliances that have been used with water, detergent, or cleaning solution may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
If a returned product is received used, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to:

Apply a restocking fee of up to 25%

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
To prevent fraud and protect our customers, Steam & Go reserves the right to investigate suspicious claims, including returns that appear used, altered, or incomplete.
Orders that show signs of abuse of our return policy may be refused future service.
