It seems to take twice as long as their prior product. It seems to produce significantly less steam as well. It seems to do the job, but I liked their prior handheld steamer. I do like the higher capacity water container though. And the salt and corrosion does not leech out from the device. So that is an over all plus.

I wasn't amazed. It's border line acceptable the steam does do its job, but the fill tank within, is so dam small, one fill up only lasts a few minutes. It has to be refilled just about constantly. That's pretty annoying, the water tank can definetly use some further design engineering.

Thank you for the review. The water tank size is 350ML, and it can last up to 30 min non-stop working. The tank in the bottom is for detergent and not water.

It gets rid of wrinkles so fast and easy. I used it on Blazers I had purchased on line. They came in smaller packages so they were folded and wrinkled. I let them hang for several days and the wrinkles were still there. I used my new steamer and they were beautifully steamed. I recommend this product.
