Turnaround

All orders received through steamandgo.com will be delivered in 7 to 10 days’ subject to available stock.

Carriers

All orders are shipped through either UPS, FedEx, USPS, Or Amazon Shipping. The rate charged is a set rate, but if you choose 2-day shipping rates may vary. If we are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, prices will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the purchase.

Packaging and Shipping

Steam&Go® ships to the continental US. We do not ship to PO boxes, FPOs, DPOs, APOs. At this time, Steam&Go® do not ship internationally, including Puerto Rico and US territories. The product may be shipped in multiple cartons that may arrive separately.

Back-orders

On occasion, products may be out of stock at the time a shipment is processed. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as stock is available. Steam&Go® may also contact you if a substitute product can be offered. You will not be charged additional shipping charges for back ordered items.
